Bebe Rexha’s latest pH๏τo dump is giving fans quite the mix of emotions. In the first pH๏τo, the 32-year-old posed in a black crop top that she paired with a pink purse and a heart-shaped necklace. The rest of the dump showed Bebe with her loved ones along with a few puppy pics.
Bebe captioned her post, “Dumpppp. I’m ᴅᴇᴀᴅ over the puppies. 😍😍😍”

If you’re wondering how Bebe gets her sculpted abs, it’s from the variety of workouts she does with her trainer Jeanette Jenkins. Jeanette incorporates exercises like ᴅᴇᴀᴅlifts, weighted hip thrusts, lunges, and bicep curls into Bebe’s routine.
In an interview with Health, Bebe explained that she and Jeanette love to switch things up. “One day we’ll do yoga; one day we’ll do Pilates,” she said. “We can run one day or box, which is my favorite. When I go to different places, I’ll try to run or go to the gym—or I’ll take cycling classes or boxing classes wherever I am.”
She’s also got candid in a 2019 interview with Pop Sugar about her relationship with her body. “Ever since I was little, I’ve been thicker,” said Bebe. “When I first got signed to one of my deals, my managers were like, ‘Are you ready to get into boot-camp shape?’ I was like, ‘Sure! What does that mean?’ They told me to lose 20 pounds, and it kind of messed me up.”
She says that she “went through a point of really not liking myself, and I still have my moments—but I just started trying to be nice to myself and doing things every day.”
Despite the ups and downs, Bebe doesn’t believe in setting restrictions on her diet. Instead, she makes an effort to eat nutritious meals. Her favorite lunch is a salad with chicken and sweet potato fries..
